Delica AG seeks a Senior International Business Development Manager to lead growth in coffee-compatible capsules for Western Europe and North America. Based in Birsfelden with hybrid work options.

The company is looking for an experienced professional to steer expansion in the FMCG sector, specifically focusing on coffee-compatible capsule markets. This position requires shaping strategies for Western Europe and North America while fostering innovation and teamwork to deliver sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business expansion efforts for coffee-compatible capsules in Western Europe and North America.
• Create and execute strategic plans for international food markets within the FMCG industry.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key clients and external collaborators.
• Monitor market developments to spot new opportunities for growth.
• Work with internal teams to provide innovative customer solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in an international FMCG environment, preferably within food or coffee.
• University degree or MBA in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of the FMCG food sector.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel internationally roughly 25% of the time.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German.

• Prior experience in the coffee industry.
• Ability to communicate in French.
