Jet Aviation seeks an intern for its Zurich FBO billing team to handle invoice processing, data reconciliation, and administrative support within a global aviation context.
This six-month internship places candidates within the Fixed Base Operator billing department in Zurich. The position is designed to offer practical exposure to financial administration, focusing on invoice verification, data management, and supporting the team with daily operational tasks in a structured business setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution, archiving, and documentation of fuel tickets.
- Process third-party invoices by verifying their completeness and accuracy, entering data into FBO One, and filing records appropriately.
- Retrieve reports from supplier portals and FBO One to compare internal records against external data for services such as catering, transport, and airport fees.
- Detect errors or missing details in documentation and report them to the supervisor.
- Check credit card receipts for proper documentation and ensure they are stored correctly.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the billing team as needed.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to business administration, finance, accounting, or aviation management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work.
- Strong organizational abilities and a structured approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in using digital systems and managing data effectively.
- Reliability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German or additional languages is considered an advantage.
