Junior Portfolio Manager

Partners Group seeks a Junior Portfolio Manager to support its global Private Real Estate team, focusing on European investment portfolios, financial modeling, and asset management coordination.

This position is designed to assist the global Private Real Estate division, with the specific title potentially being either Portfolio Analyst or Junior Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both investment and asset management groups, primarily managing a portfolio of real estate assets across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle and structure of real estate investments.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to handle capital needs, liquidity, and financial reporting.
• Create and update precise valuation reports for controlling stakes in investments.
• Work with internal and external partners to verify data quality and monitor portfolio performance.
• Generate analytics and reports for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate actively in divestments, refinancing, and corporate actions, including preparing materials for investment committees.
• Perform financial analysis and build detailed pro-forma models using Excel.
• Execute business plans for specific programs or portfolio investments.
