Lead Implementation Specialist, T&S

Perk Yokoy seeks a Lead Implementation Specialist to manage complex onboarding projects and ERP integrations for SMB and Enterprise clients in Switzerland.

This position is responsible for leading high-complexity onboarding initiatives for both small-to-medium business and enterprise accounts. The specialist serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated system setups while ensuring successful adoption of financial modules. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and technical teams to deliver structured, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex onboarding projects, particularly those involving ERP integrations.
• Act as a primary advisor to clients, facilitating sophisticated system configurations and customizations.
• Align and coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups, including finance leaders, IT teams, project managers, and external consultants.
• Apply financial knowledge to successfully onboard invoice management modules.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to ensure smooth integration delivery.
• Proactively resolve escalations by providing solution-oriented guidance.
• Mentor and support junior members of the implementation team.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• At least 2 proven years in project management, ideally within implementation projects.
• Solid technical and/or Finance acumen either through education or working experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of quality.
• English language working proficiency is a must.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with self-serve or custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM).
• Experience in consulting, finance, or direct customer onboarding/technical implementation.
• Experience in Spend Management solution or ERP implementation.
• Other languages are a strong plus.
