PwC in Geneva seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex audits under US GAAP, IFRS, and Swiss law for clients in engineering, manufacturing, and private sectors.
The company is looking for a skilled professional to join a dynamic, international team focused on excellence and innovation. In this role, you will work with diverse clients to manage complex audits, shape financial reporting standards, and help organizations turn complexity into a competitive advantage while building trust.
Responsibilities
- Direct audit engagements for clients operating in engineering and manufacturing.
- Oversee integrated audits for entities using US GAAP and filing with the SEC.
- Conduct statutory audits for companies following Swiss legal requirements.
- Manage audits for private firms preparing financial statements under IFRS.
- Handle audits of non-financial reports, including ESG assessments.
- Prepare audit documentation for Partner review and assist in presenting findings to management or the Board.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships while providing technical accounting support.
Requirements
- Currently hold a Manager position with over five years of experience at a Big 4 firm.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Possess a US CPA license or an equivalent professional certification.
- Have experience leading large-scale, multi-location audit engagements.
- Show a track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executives at various levels.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
