Manager Strategic Operations

Entyre in Zürich seeks a Manager Strategic Operations for a hybrid, full-time role. The position involves driving strategic initiatives, improving operational clarity, and supporting leadership with execution-focused projects.

This role is part of the Swiss Leadership team and focuses on simplifying complexity by establishing structure, setting priorities, and ensuring strategic plans are executed. It requires being present during critical moments to solve urgent issues while building long-term, sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support, lead, and advance key organizational initiatives
• Convert strategic goals into actionable projects, processes, and execution plans
• Manage cross-functional efforts across Operations, Tech, Care, and Business Development
• Develop a lean management framework using OKRs, dashboards, and regular meeting rhythms
• Identify and eliminate obstacles in the customer journey, including onboarding, advisory, and documentation
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on key topics
• Establish and promote a standard of 'speed with clarity' throughout the organization

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or high-growth/scale-up environment
• Practical, hands-on approach combined with strategic and structured thinking
• Comfort with digital tools and automation, and ability to collaborate across teams including the Tech team
• Strong drive for execution, ownership, and proactive behavior
• Clear, practical communication skills across all organizational levels
• Willingness to learn continuously and work effectively in a team
• Fluency in both German and English
