Marketing Intern

The company is seeking a Marketing Intern in Bienne, CH, to support the Product and Marketing Managers for HUGO BOSS Watches & Jewelry. The role involves coordinating product development, managing assets, and assisting with marketing projects.

This internship supports the Product Manager and Marketing Manager for HUGO BOSS Watches & Jewelry within an international and innovative manufacturer of luxury and fashion timepieces. The position focuses on coordinating product development cycles, managing marketing assets, and assisting with various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and track product samples
• Maintain product development tools
• Coordinate product photography sessions
• Update internal sales tools such as DAM, linesheets, and toolbox
• Support and monitor ongoing product development cycles
• Update product operating and care manuals
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Coordinate regional sales teams, HQ, and licensor/agency timelines for project delivery
• Keep asset management tools up to date
• Support the Marketing Manager with ongoing marketing projects
• Prepare assets and guidelines (photos and videos) for campaigns
• Support the creation of marketing tools (VM guidelines, trainings, etc.)

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French or German
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Result-oriented, able to set priorities, proactive in bringing ideas
• Excellent organization skills
• Trustworthy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills

Nice to have

• Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, SAP
• Other language
