Medical Assembler

Boston Scientific AG seeks an Entry-level Medical Assembler to build quality medical devices on-site in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

This position focuses on assembling medical products that contribute to improved patient health. The role supports the company's mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions by maintaining high production quality and adhering to established processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures during manufacturing activities.
• Ensure product quality by strictly complying with manufacturing process requirements.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and remain adaptable to task rotations as needed.
• Record production data accurately across multiple systems, including MES, SFP, TRS, PDM, SAP, and PEO.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to set up equipment according to process specifications.

• Ability to execute routine tasks based on detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Show strong decision-making capabilities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
