MSAT Engineer Process Management

Coopers Group AG seeks an MSAT Engineer for Process Management in Rotkreuz. This 12-month on-site contract focuses on production support, compliance, and process optimization within a regulated environment.

As a member of the BGE MSAT Process Management team, this position supports daily manufacturing operations and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer manages compliance tasks, participates in deviation investigations, and works with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and ensure reliable product supply.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-conformities, change requests, and technical documentation within SAP for various processes, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in investigating deviations, performing root cause analysis, and executing corrective actions.
• Enhance production workflows to boost quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain a stable product supply chain.
• Create, sustain, and refine production control loops and operational procedures.
• Maintain audit readiness and adhere to all regulatory, quality, and departmental standards.

Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (such as Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Initial professional experience in a highly regulated setting, demonstrating a strong GxP and quality-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of process and product development methodologies.
• Fluent English proficiency and functional German skills at least at the B2 level.
