Nidecker SA seeks an HR Manager in Rolle, CH, to lead HR operations for Swiss entities, ensuring legal compliance, process improvement, and a positive employee experience.
The company is looking for a strategic partner to oversee the Human Resources function for its Swiss operations, including Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA. This role serves as the primary advisor for managers and staff while aligning local practices with broader Group-wide initiatives. The manager will also supervise one direct report.
Responsibilities
- Guide the HR team and provide expert advice on the entire employee lifecycle, covering relations, performance, organizational design, and Swiss labor regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and strategic people projects.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial planning and job advertising to interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all staff members.
- Direct annual cycles for performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and bonus distributions.
- Identify training needs and support career development programs for employees.
- Serve as the main contact for HR administrative tasks, maintaining employment contracts, personnel files, and lifecycle documentation.
- Coordinate with external providers for payroll, social insurance, benefits, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure all HR records are accurate and compliant with Swiss employment laws and internal company policies.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS and related digital systems.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain practical, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, including time tracking, leave management, and performance systems.
- Lead initiatives for digitalization and automation within the HR department.
- Generate HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
- Handle internal communications, company announcements, and all-hands meetings to keep the workforce informed.
- Support employer branding efforts to enhance the candidate experience and reinforce company values.
Requirements
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
- Deep understanding of Swiss employment law and established HR best practices.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating payroll services with external providers.
- Background in HRIS implementation, optimization, or administration.
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Swiss HR certification (HRSE).
- Experience supporting international or multi-entity organizations.
