Swiss Side Technologies AG seeks an Operations and Logistics Coordinator for a hybrid role in Thalwil. The position involves managing production, logistics, and athlete relations within a growing cycling industry leader.
This position supports the company’s mission as a leader in advanced performance solutions for cycling and future mobility. The coordinator will manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth production flows and efficient logistics while serving as the primary liaison for professional teams and athletes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the manufacturing process for specific product lines, including cockpit components and apparel.
- Act as the central contact for Pro-team members and athletes, ensuring their unique product needs are met.
- Handle shipping and logistical operations for the direct-to-consumer sales channel.
- Lead operational initiatives, such as identifying and managing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners.
- Provide additional support to internal teams, including assisting with new retailer onboarding and aiding sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in product management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Fluency in both English and German at a professional business level.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative team mindset.
- A hands-on attitude suitable for a compact team environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work style focused on process efficiency.
- A strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards and meeting delivery deadlines.
- A genuine passion for sports and cycling, with prior industry experience being advantageous.
