OTC Sales Lead (Institutional & Derivatives)

G 20 Advisors AG seeks a Senior OTC Sales Lead in Zürich to grow institutional trading volumes across spot and derivatives markets.

The company is a prominent cross-asset trading firm specializing in delta-one and derivatives. This position focuses on expanding OTC trading activity in spot and derivatives while supporting liquidity solutions and institutional advisory services for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a client base comprising funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and crypto-focused entities.
• Facilitate OTC transactions in spot and derivatives markets, with a growing focus on options.
• Collaborate with trading and structuring teams to distribute vanilla options and structured hedging products.
• Deliver market insights, volatility analysis, and execution assistance to clients.
• Drive new business origination to increase trading volumes and revenue.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, operations, and trading teams to ensure seamless trade execution.
• Manage client onboarding and account maintenance while adhering to KYC/AML protocols.
• Update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data and client activity reports.
• Attend industry conferences and client meetings to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum three years of experience in OTC sales, institutional sales, trading, or brokerage within crypto, FX, or derivatives.
• Familiarity with options and derivatives products, with a strong preference for crypto experience.
• Established network of institutional or high-volume trading clients is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of crypto market structure, liquidity dynamics, and volatility.
• Business-oriented approach with a proven focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and execution capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, risk consciousness, and professional ethics.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global market environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, market maker, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm.
• Experience covering international clients.
