Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist

Roger Dubuis seeks a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist in Meyrin to manage HR administration, payroll processing, and employee onboarding within a luxury environment.

The company is looking for a professional to join its HR administration and payroll team. This position focuses on managing payroll operations and administrative tasks within the luxury sector, supporting the organization's prestigious brands.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and enter both fixed and variable payroll data with precision.
• Prepare and review all documentation required for payroll processing.
• Generate annual reports, including withholding tax statements and salary certificates.
• Validate the accuracy of all payroll-related records.
• Handle the submission and renewal of work permits for staff.
• Assist with time management duties, such as correcting clock-in data and tracking counters.
• Administer family allowances, including processing new applications, changes, and cancellations.
• Audit employee data within the Workday system to ensure correctness.
• Coordinate and conduct the administrative onboarding process for new hires.
• Issue certificates for unemployment, salary history, and employment verification.
• Offer technical support to users of current HR software platforms.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax documents, social insurance, and taxation matters.

Requirements

• Possession of a Swiss HR certificate.
• Fluent proficiency in French.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in HR administration and payroll management.
