Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist - IWC Manufacture

Roger Dubuis seeks a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist for a maternity cover role at the IWC Manufacture in Schaffhausen. The position focuses on accurate payroll processing, HR administration, and employee support.

This maternity leave cover position supports the IWC Manufacture by managing core payroll and social insurance functions. The specialist ensures precise salary administration, handles necessary documentation, and provides administrative support to employees, requiring a strong service orientation and strict adherence to data protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and enter both fixed and variable payroll data with precision.
• Prepare and review all documents required for payroll processing.
• Generate annual reports, including withholding tax statements and salary certificates.
• Validate the accuracy of all payroll-related records.
• Handle the submission and renewal of work permit applications.
• Support time management tasks, such as correcting clock-in data, monitoring counters, and managing shift schedules.
• Process family allowance applications, including new submissions, changes, and cancellations.
• Audit employee data within the Workday system.
• Coordinate and conduct administrative onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Issue unemployment, salary, and employment certificates as needed.
• Assist users with existing HR tools and systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax documents, social insurance, taxation, annual calendars, and hour balances.

Requirements

• Possession of a Swiss HR certificate.
• Fluent proficiency in German.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated expertise in salary administration and payroll management.
