Responsibilities
- Oversee complete payroll processing for employees in three Swiss cantons
- Maintain compliance with Swiss payroll laws, tax, and social security rules
- Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and internal teams
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners as needed
- Update and maintain employee payroll information in the system
- Generate payroll reports and assist during audits
- Help improve payroll processes and optimize system workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in payroll administration within Switzerland
- Solid understanding of Swiss labor law, social security, and taxation
- Fluent communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience in a fiduciary or treuhand setting
- Extensive background in managing in-house payroll operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proficiency in French and/or German
