HRIS Specialist – CDD

The company seeks an HRIS Specialist to manage Workday, support users, and ensure process efficiency and compliance. This full-time role is based in Meyrin, Switzerland.

This position plays a central part in overseeing HRIS tools, providing training and support for the Group HRIS platform (Workday), and maintaining both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, classify, and prioritize system issues and enhancement requests, working with HRIS L3, Group HR, and Product Owners to ensure timely resolution and system evolution.
• Foster the HR community and assist with change management to improve system adoption.
• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all HRIS processes to ensure knowledge accessibility and consistency.
• Offer technical and functional support to Workday users, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently via SNOW tickets.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a comparable role, with demonstrated expertise in Workday.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
• The capacity to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
