This role centers on converting high-level system and scale-up questions into actionable experimental goals and key performance indicators. It involves designing data collection frameworks, ensuring test results are reliable and decision-ready, and supporting performance validation through structured analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Convert system-level and scale-up challenges into clear experimental goals and KPIs
• Specify necessary datasets and operating conditions for testing
• Ensure test outcomes are reliable, traceable, and suitable for decision-making
• Process and organize KPI-based data using statistical methods
• Detect patterns and operational boundaries in experimental results
• Assess thermal or transport limitations in test data
• Quantify uncertainties to derive robust insights from experiments
• Compare simulation outputs with actual test results
• Identify discrepancies in model calibration and assumptions requiring updates
• Diagnose performance deviations and suggest focused improvements
• Support development of standardized validation procedures
• Work closely with Process Development and Technology teams to align KPIs, test plans, and interpretations
• Maintain clear and effective technical communication
• Keep comprehensive and structured documentation
