Performance Management Specialist (m/w/d) - 100% - 9 months

Baer AG seeks a Performance Management Specialist in Zürich for a 9-month full-time role. The position supports the CPM team, advising HR and business leaders on performance frameworks and driving process improvements.

This position sits within the Compensation & Performance Management team, a core component of the broader Reward & Performance Management function. The specialist serves as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, partnering with HR and other experts to deliver guidance on performance-related topics. The role also focuses on shaping the future of performance management through advisory work, data analysis, and technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily performance management tasks and a wide variety of related topics.
• Assist in running annual and recurring performance review cycles.
• Serve as a reliable consultant and discussion partner for HR partners and business managers.
• Participate in projects designed to upgrade performance frameworks, tools, and workflows.
• Design, roll out, and refine new solutions across the performance management area.
• Propose and drive ideas that enhance processes, tools, and the overall user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated background in performance management and/or project management.
• Solid grasp of the financial services or banking sector.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Strong command of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Familiarity with Workday.
