The PMO Analyst role at SHL Medical in Zug supports project governance and tool management, ensuring accurate data and streamlined processes for project managers.
This position operates within the PMO framework to guarantee that projects are properly established, governed, and supported. By handling foundational setup and ongoing maintenance, the role allows project managers to concentrate on delivery.
Responsibilities
- Establish and update project structures within PPM platforms, including coding and initial data entry.
- Keep project master data consistent across all relevant systems.
- Offer direct assistance to project managers with daily PMO tasks, including tool usage and template application.
- Implement PMO standards, templates, and governance rules in everyday operations.
- Conduct basic quality reviews of governance deliverables such as gate packages and status updates.
- Manage PMO SharePoint pages, templates, checklists, and guidance materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for questions regarding PM tools and processes.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and enhancement of PMO tools.
- Verify correct tool usage and ensure data completeness.
- Gather inputs for portfolio reporting.
- Execute data completeness and consistency checks.
- Generate standard reports and dashboards using predefined templates.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a PMO setting or project management, with proficiency in modern PM methodologies and tools.
- Advanced skills in data processing and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP, Office365, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
- A strong interest in continuous improvement and project/portfolio analytics.
- Fluent English proficiency.
