ABB Power Grids seeks a Senior PMO Lead for Legal & Integrity Operations in Zürich. This onsite role structures transformation initiatives, bridges cross-functional teams, and leverages AI and modern tools to drive execution and visibility.
This position serves as a lean enablement function within the Legal & Integrity transformation portfolio. The primary purpose is to bring structure, clarity, and consistent follow-through to key initiatives, helping teams execute effectively, remove obstacles, and keep leadership informed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a unified view of the transformation portfolio, tracking priorities, milestones, risks, and critical decisions.
- Assist teams in creating straightforward plans that define ownership, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Monitor progress, identify blockers early, and ensure accountability for actions and commitments.
- Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for leadership, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Translate legal and operational needs into structured business and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams, and external vendors.
- Support AI and legal tech projects by defining use cases, scope, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Utilize Microsoft 365, Loop, Power BI, and Copilot to minimize manual work and enhance visibility.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, project management, or a related field, plus equivalent practical experience.
- Five to ten years of experience working in a multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in project, program, or portfolio management.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
