Principal, Data & Analytics

Roivant Sciences seeks a Principal, Data & Analytics to lead statistical work linking clinical evidence to pipeline decisions. This hands-on role offers direct leadership exposure and significant equity.

This position is responsible for conducting rigorous statistical and quantitative analyses that connect clinical evidence to strategic pipeline decisions. It is a hands-on execution role dedicated to establishing ground truth on complex clinical and scientific questions. The role carries substantial ownership, provides direct exposure to senior leadership, and offers a clear trajectory for future senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and completed clinical trial datasets to identify efficacy signals, safety patterns, and subgroup effects.
• Construct rigorous statistical analyses from scratch, including mixed-effects models, longitudinal models, Bayesian frameworks, and sensitivity analyses.
• Monitor emerging safety signals and unexpected findings in real time across ongoing studies.
• Pressure-test clinical assumptions by challenging endpoint choices and scrutinizing statistical analysis plans.
• Execute focused 1-5 day analytical sprints on the highest-priority questions from leadership.
• Develop a deep read of the clinical evidence base for near-commercial assets.
• Analyze competitors' trial data, published and unpublished, with the same rigor applied to Roivant's own.
• Synthesize findings from literature, registries, claims, and proprietary datasets into coherent evidence narratives.
• Drive selection and integration of data sources including claims, labs, clinical trial data, and genomics.
• Help build shared analytical infrastructure across Roivant and Vant companies.
• Identify opportunities to apply consistent statistical frameworks across assets and therapeutic areas.
