Principal

Roivant Sciences seeks a Principal to lead the full-cycle incubation of new healthcare technology ventures, from initial ideation through execution and fundraising.

The company is looking for a Principal to take full-cycle leadership of one or more incubation categories. This role involves guiding new healthcare technology ventures from the earliest stages of ideation through to successful execution and market entry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess early-stage opportunities to drive initial concept development.
• Conduct structured evaluations to minimize risks associated with new incubations.
• Manage the foundational setup of new ventures, covering product creation, business growth, operational setup, and capital raising.
• Build and mentor leadership teams for newly created Vants.
• Provide board-level oversight and participation to ensure the long-term viability of incubated companies.
• Lead or assist in securing external funding for new ventures.

Requirements

• A distinguished academic history.
• Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial settings, with the capacity to handle diverse responsibilities simultaneously.
• A history of accepting major responsibilities within dynamic, fast-moving organizations.
• High-level communication and analytical capabilities suitable for executive roles.
• Prior experience in developing ventures or products within the healthcare or life sciences technology sectors.
