Product Owner (UX)

Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a Mid-level Product Owner (UX) for a remote role in Switzerland. The position focuses on shaping user experiences, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This role is central to the Product team, which aims to transform complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions for Revolut. The individual will manage the product roadmap, oversee daily operations, and serve as the primary liaison for feature development, ensuring alignment with senior management and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish team objectives, success metrics, and strategic roadmaps that align with broader company goals.
• Maximize product impact by leveraging data analysis, market research, and strategic insights.
• Manage the full lifecycle of team products, from initial concept and development through launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with Design and UX specialists to define customer journeys and enhance user experience.
• Work with Engineering teams to ensure smooth and effective product delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, and Strategy departments to drive product success.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a high-growth technology company or within banking and finance sectors.
• Minimum of two years demonstrating success in leading consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Over one year of experience in people management.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Strong aesthetic sense for UX/UI design and a deep understanding of design best practices.
• High analytical skills combined with business acumen to prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• Proven ability to formulate and drive a clear product vision, communicating effectively with leadership, customers, and partners.
• Experience leading product development and launches from the ground up.
• Ability to provide insights and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
