Sonova seeks a Project Manager for Product Improvement in Stäfa, CH. The role focuses on managing lifecycle changes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance existing hearing care products.
This position is responsible for overseeing product improvement and change initiatives for existing items, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and continuously enhanced throughout their lifecycle. The company is a global leader in hearing care, headquartered in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate projects aimed at improving or modifying current products.
- Oversee product changes to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory rules, and change control protocols.
- Evaluate the effects of supplier modifications, product defects, and potential enhancements.
- Work closely with departments including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Finance.
- Help refine processes related to post-launch engineering, product changes, and sustaining engineering.
- Monitor project timelines, align stakeholders, and guarantee the successful delivery of improvement efforts.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in complex engineering, product development, manufacturing, or product lifecycle projects.
- Capability to advance multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional setting.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
