Regulatory Compliance Manager (Talent)

Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee employee and talent regulatory frameworks in a remote, digital setting.

This position supports the Compliance team by blending regulatory expertise with data-driven analysis to ensure products and internal processes adhere to legal and policy standards. The role focuses on managing regulatory frameworks for employee and talent matters within a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee obligations related to employee processes, including responsibility statements, remuneration structures, and malus or clawback mechanisms.
• Maintain high-quality regulatory mapping to ensure accurate compliance tracking.
• Develop, assess, and implement new policies from the ground up.
• Review and provide feedback on first-line-of-defense (1LoD) compliance approvals for talent initiatives.
• Manage a robust, company-wide training program focused on employee and talent compliance.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify relevant regulatory changes across key geographies.
• Evaluate and challenge 1LoD incident reviews to ensure effective remediation strategies.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in regulatory compliance, gained within a consultancy, internal compliance function, or regulatory body.
• Deep knowledge of employee and talent obligations, including accountability regimes, SMCR, EMD, MLR, and conflicts of interest (COI).
• A university degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Proven ability to conduct regulatory gap analyses.
• Experience in creating and implementing policies.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between compliance risk and business risk.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with internal teams and regulators.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English.
