The company seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Sapori Ristorante e Pizzeria in Grindelwald, ensuring exceptional guest service and leading the service team.

This position is responsible for the smooth running of operations at Sapori Ristorante e Pizzeria. The role focuses on ensuring first-class guest service and creating unforgettable moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the service team.
• Plan and implement events in close coordination with the banqueting department.
• Create duty rosters and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and briefings.
• Support departmental training and further development of the team.
• Manage professional complaint handling.
• Check orders and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Take on operational tasks in compliance with legal requirements (L-GAV).

Requirements

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy (e.g. hotel management, restaurant service).
• Several years of experience in a leading position in upscale gastronomy or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality, high service orientation, and enjoyment of guest contact.
• Very good German and English skills.
