Sales Specialist - Data & AI Security

Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for Data & AI Security to drive growth in its Securiti AI solutions. Based remotely in Switzerland, the role focuses on cross-selling into existing Veeam accounts and expanding new business, requiring extensive experience in enterprise security software sales and fluency in German and English.

Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI — a leader in AI-powered data security posture management — is expanding its sales team to grow this innovative business. In this role, you will focus exclusively on Securiti AI solutions, working with Veeam account executives to cross-sell into the existing customer base, win new clients, and expand current accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a territory strategy to generate consistent revenue from assigned accounts.
• Partner with account executives to uncover and pursue cross-sell opportunities for Securiti AI products.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering strong business value propositions to clients.
• Manage a pipeline of high-potential deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and strict CRM adherence.
• Strengthen ties with key channel partners and resellers to boost deal flow and market penetration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise software deals, with 10–15+ years in security software sales.
• Experience navigating complex, multistakeholder sales cycles.
• Established relationships with C-suite leaders and channel partners in large enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software sales, especially in data security, management, or cybersecurity.
• Reputation for integrity, honesty, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
• Fluent in both German and English.
