Sales Support Associate - Business Development

BlueOrchard seeks a Sales Support Associate to aid its business development team in Zurich with a remote setup, focusing on sales material creation, client analysis, and event coordination.

This position sits within the business development division and assists the Global Head of Business Development alongside senior sales staff. The role plays a key part in advancing the organization's expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Handle information exchange before and after sales transactions
  • Develop, improve, and update promotional materials for sales
  • Collaborate with the international team to evaluate new prospects and explore market entry opportunities
  • Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives, product placement, and event planning
  • Arrange roadshows and manage the distribution of new sales resources

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in client-facing marketing, sales, or sales support within the investment management sector
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, or finance
  • Proven ability to plan and organize events while managing several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities in both English and German

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with impact investing concepts
  • CFA or CAIA certification
  • French language proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
