Rieter seeks a Senior SAP Consultant for Service and Repair in Winterthur to implement and support SAP CS modules, ensuring integration with other SAP systems and meeting business needs.
The company is looking for an experienced professional to handle the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Customer Service (CS) modules. This position focuses on aligning SAP solutions with specific business requirements while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure SAP CS modules to align with operational processes.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP CS implementations, including design, testing, deployment, and training.
- Integrate SAP CS with related modules such as SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to functionality, performance, and system integration.
- Create and update technical documentation, including functional specs and user guides.
- Keep up to date with SAP best practices and new features relevant to CS.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance ongoing SAP projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP CS.
- Deep understanding of SAP CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping, and service functions.
- Proven experience integrating SAP CS with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Strong proficiency in both German and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
