Senior SAP SD CS/GTS Consultant

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior SAP SD CS/GTS Consultant for a machine manufacturing client in Winterthur. The role involves customizing SAP ERP modules and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This position places a functional expert within the machine manufacturing sector near Zürich. The consultant will focus on optimizing SAP ERP processes through specialized configuration in Sales and Distribution, Customer Service, and Global Trade Services.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration tasks within the SD, CS, and GTS modules to enhance overall SAP ERP workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business units, sales, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth information exchange.
• Provide training and support to key users across various departments.
• Engage in ABAP debugging and minor development work when necessary.

Requirements

• Possess at least five years of consulting experience specifically with SAP SD, CS, and/or GTS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with SAP S/4HANA SD and MM modules.
• Be fluent in German.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Background in the international trading or engineering industries.
• Experience managing responsibilities related to mergers and acquisitions.
