Scheduler

Senior Scheduler role in Valais, CH, for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Requires 5+ years' experience, Swiss/EU citizenship or permit, and fluency in English. Work on-site, managing end-to-end program schedules and supporting project planning.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end scheduling for programs within pharmaceutical manufacturing, supporting project planning, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate schedule updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program schedules, including workload planning and resource updates for PCP operations in the manufacturing facility
• Lead coordination meetings with internal teams such as QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, Plant Engineering, and support staff to update and track schedules
• Support and lead project planning activities, and assist with additional tasks beyond scheduling as needed

Requirements

• Must hold a Swiss working/residency permit or be a Swiss/EU citizen
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar scheduling roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven experience using scheduling systems, including Primavera P6
• Fluent in English

• German language skills are considered an advantage
