Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling

Bristol Myers Squibb Celgene seeks a Senior Specialist for Manufacturing Scheduling in Boudry, CH. The role focuses on managing short- and mid-term logistical activities for manufacturing lines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This position is part of the Site Supply Chain team based in Boudry. The specialist will oversee logistical operations for specific manufacturing lines, ensuring alignment between supply plans and production execution. Success in this role requires close coordination with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, Warehouse, and Validation departments to maintain smooth workflow and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Translate supply plans into detailed daily production schedules during the frozen planning period.
• Oversee scheduling for designated work-centers, monitor execution, and address non-routine requests.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings and maintain real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Track Work Orders from creation through to final release.
• Develop and execute mid-term manufacturing plans, ensuring material availability and accurate Master Data configuration.
• Coordinate stability plans, variation management, and make-to-order (MTO) repacking activities.
• Manage reprocess activities as needed.
• Report on key performance indicators including OTIF, Schedule Adherence, and Right First Time (RFT).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
• Manage change control tasks and ensure timely implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or supply planning.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience with LEAN management methodologies.
