Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling

Bristol Myers Squibb in Boudry seeks a Senior Specialist for Manufacturing Scheduling to manage production plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

This position supports the Site Supply Chain team by overseeing short- and mid-term logistical operations for specific manufacturing lines. The specialist collaborates closely with QA, QC, Operations, Warehouse, and Validation departments to ensure smooth workflow execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate supply plans into detailed daily production schedules during the frozen planning window.
• Oversee scheduling for designated work-centers, monitor execution, and address non-routine requests.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings and maintain real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Track Work Orders from creation through final release.
• Develop and execute mid-term manufacturing plans, ensuring material availability and correct Master Data configuration.
• Coordinate stability plans, variation management, and make-to-order repacking activities.
• Manage reprocess activities as needed.
• Report on key performance indicators including OTIF, Schedule Adherence, and Right First Time (RFT).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
• Manage change control tasks and ensure timely implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or supply planning.
• Prior experience in an international industrial environment.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure with a strong drive for results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly understand and visualize complex processes.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Excel); ERP system experience (Oracle preferred).
• Full professional fluency in both French and English is required.

• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with LEAN management methodologies.
