Senior Director PMO

Jet Aviation seeks a Senior Director PMO in Basel to lead Airbus and Boeing project execution, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer relationships.

Based in Basel, this leadership position oversees the Program Management Office with specific accountability for Airbus and Boeing project execution. The role focuses on elevating program performance, building customer trust, and defining standards for operational excellence within the business aviation sector.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the financial results, timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction of all Airbus and Boeing initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance for a diverse portfolio of maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
• Direct project planning, resource distribution, staffing, supply chain logistics, subcontractor oversight, and problem-solving for Basel Site Operations.
• Act as the primary contact for customer relations regarding Airbus and Boeing programs.
• Manage original equipment manufacturer relationships, including service center networks and relevant agreements.
• Implement robust program management principles, standards, and methodologies throughout the organization.
• Mitigate schedule, cost, budget, and resource risks by utilizing milestones, early warning indicators, and Earned Value Management techniques.
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
