Julius Bär seeks a Senior HR Project & Process Lead for a 9-month maternity cover in Zürich. This role focuses on global promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent marketplace initiatives within the Talent Management team.
Positioned within the Talent Management and Employer of Choice team, this position plays a strategic part across the entire HR value chain. The role is essential for maintaining continuity and excellence in the talent management journey, covering everything from attracting and hiring to developing and empowering employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global promotion process, with a specific emphasis on leading the senior promotion cycle for 2026/2027.
- Spearhead strategic talent initiatives, including internal mobility programs and the internal talent marketplace.
- Lead, support, and actively participate in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing unit.
- Temporarily take charge of all key operational aspects of the global promotion processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human capital consulting or a similar professional advisory role.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR project roles within the financial industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent marketplace systems.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Proficiency in using Workday.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
