Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a (Senior) Internal Auditor for its Zurich-based team. The role involves delivering high-quality audits within the P&C and Life Insurance business while leveraging data analytics and AI.
Zurich Group Audit operates as a global, diverse function dedicated to keeping the organization safe. The team is currently transforming into a fully digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled unit. As part of this expansion, the company is looking for skilled professionals to conduct insightful audits across its P&C and Life Insurance divisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver audits that meet high quality standards, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget.
- Apply data analytics, generative AI, and IT fundamentals throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Draft clear and impactful summaries of audit findings.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders during audit engagements.
- Engage in continuous learning, focusing on technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or possess relevant professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or actuarial qualifications.
- Have at least four years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of internal audit standards, methodologies, and control frameworks.
- Show experience with data, IT, and AI, including their practical applications.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities.
- Be fluent in English and possess very good German language skills.
