(Senior) Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions (FDE) & Innovation

PwC seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI solutions and innovation in Zurich, shaping next-generation offerings through technical vision and interdisciplinary collaboration.

This position sits within an interdisciplinary group comprising AI engineers, solution architects, legal and tax experts, and business transformation specialists. The primary purpose of the role is to define the strategic direction for PwC’s upcoming AI products and drive their adoption across legal, tax, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish the technical strategy, enterprise AI architecture, and transformation roadmap for legal, tax, and corporate departments.
• Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and production-ready AI platforms that integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise systems.
• Develop AI agents, multi-agent ecosystems, and intelligent workflows leveraging frontier foundation models.
• Design enterprise knowledge and retrieval systems utilizing semantic layers, Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, and hybrid search methods combining vector and structured data.
• Convert cutting-edge AI research into reusable accelerators, frameworks, intellectual property, and solutions ready for clients.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in business, legal, and tax sectors to redesign knowledge-intensive processes and ensure technology adoption.
• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers and consultants, and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience delivering enterprise AI, data, or digital transformations.
• Practical experience working with frontier foundation models like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, or similar technologies.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated success in building AI agents, multi-agent systems, intelligent workflows, and RAG/GraphRAG retrieval solutions.
• Strong knowledge engineering skills, including proficiency with Knowledge Graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and metadata-driven architectures.
• Solid software engineering capabilities in Python, with experience integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data and working with vector and graph databases.
• Experience designing secure, cloud-native, production-grade AI systems and productized accelerators or intellectual property.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a product mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
