Senior Product Manager

Evooq seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Wealth Platform team, driving strategy and AI initiatives across Lausanne, Zurich, or Singapore.

This position sits within the Wealth Platform team and focuses on identifying market opportunities and developing valuable solutions for customers. The role involves owning core platform areas end-to-end, collaborating with engineering and design, and defining the product roadmap. It also includes contributing to an AI roadmap and acting as a subject matter expert. The role can be based in Lausanne, Zurich, or Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify key opportunities.
• Create viable solutions that address specific customer challenges.
• Take full ownership of core platform areas, including integrations with other products.
• Work closely with product designers and engineers to deliver results.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to ensure customer value.
• Lead fast-paced discovery sessions and write clear, well-scoped user stories.
• Contribute to the development of a pragmatic AI roadmap.
• Serve as the internal and external expert and advocate for the product.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage day-to-day product operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in the B2B sector.
• A technical background, such as a STEM degree, engineering experience, or having built a tech product.
• A strong focus on commercial value, adoption, and monetization.
• Ability to run lean discovery processes and write clear stories without relying on heavy processes.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and a bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, wealth management, advisory services, finance, or fintech.
• Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features to real users.
