  • Take ownership of key performance indicators, including active usage, user retention, engagement levels, revenue generation, and B2B conversion rates.
  • Discover and launch innovative features that enhance the value proposition and strengthen the products' market defensibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, growth, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop strategies for scaling infrastructure, tooling, and customer engagement platforms to support growth.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and integrate direct customer feedback into the product development cycle.

Requirements

  • Six to ten years of product management experience within B2C or B2B SaaS environments.
  • A proven history of successfully launching products and major features.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, run structured experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and freemium business models.
  • A keen eye for user experience and the ability to critically evaluate design quality.
  • Technical proficiency to engage deeply with engineers, understanding trade-offs and participating in architecture discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling B2B product lines.

Nice to have

  • Background in online privacy, security, or identity-related products.
  • Understanding of cryptographic concepts relevant to user data protection.
  • Prior experience scaling freemium models into mid-market or enterprise segments.
