Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

CSL Behring Vifor seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Switzerland to lead full-cycle recruitment, advise stakeholders, and drive strategic hiring initiatives in a hybrid role.

This position acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, guiding them through the entire talent acquisition lifecycle. The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring the organization attracts and secures high-quality candidates while maintaining a positive experience for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from initial job briefings through to onboarding support, across various business units.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics using Workday and other analytics tools to report on performance.
• Work with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams on international hiring efforts and strategic sourcing projects.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Lead and support initiatives related to the local Early Career program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of recruiting within manufacturing, production, or operations settings.
• Prior experience working in-house for a company or within a recruitment agency.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience specifically within Switzerland or the broader DACH region.
• Background in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Proficiency in languages other than German and English.
