Talent Acquisition Specialist

BOBST SA seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for its Swiss site, focusing on technical hiring and employer branding while reporting to the HR Director.

This position sits within the BOBST SA Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the HR Director Switzerland and collaborating closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition. The specialist oversees the complete recruitment cycle for the site, promotes the employer brand, builds educational partnerships, and supports broader Group HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hiring process, from confirming needs with managers to securing candidate acceptance.
• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on labor market trends and selection methods.
• Create and execute sourcing plans aimed at specific talent profiles.
• Review applications and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Perform initial phone screenings and qualification interviews.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain timely communication and feedback for all applicants.
• Coordinate with external recruitment and temporary staffing agencies as needed.
• Manage candidate and job data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure recruitment data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Identify opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, engineering, production, or supply chain roles.
• Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
