Bobst seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for its Swiss site, focusing on technical hiring and employer branding while reporting to the HR Director.

This position supports the BOBST SA Talent Acquisition team by handling the complete recruitment cycle for the Swiss location. The specialist works closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and reports to the HR Director Switzerland, aiming to strengthen the employer brand and align local hiring with broader Group initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, starting from confirming job requirements with managers to securing candidate acceptance.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, selection methods, and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and execute sourcing plans designed to attract specific technical talent profiles.
  • Review incoming applications to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Perform initial phone screenings and qualification interviews to assess fit.
  • Deliver a positive experience for all applicants throughout the selection journey.
  • Maintain prompt communication and feedback loops with every applicant.
  • Partner with external recruitment and temporary staffing agencies as needed.
  • Update and maintain candidate records and open roles within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure all recruitment data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Talent Acquisition workflows and systems.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, engineering, production, or supply chain roles.
  • Fluent proficiency in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
