ServiceNow Solution Consultant (German Speaking)

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a German-speaking ServiceNow Solution Consultant to design tailored implementations and guide clients through successful platform adoption.

This position focuses on bridging the gap between client business needs and technical ServiceNow capabilities. The consultant will analyze requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure smooth implementation while maintaining clear communication with German-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to evaluate their business processes, challenges, and strategic goals.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to document specific client needs.
• Create and present comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet client demands and follow industry best practices.
• Work alongside technical teams to configure and customize ServiceNow applications effectively.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow platform features, capabilities, and recommended practices.
• Support pre-sales efforts by conducting product demonstrations and solution presentations alongside the sales team.
• Deliver training sessions to help clients adopt and utilize ServiceNow solutions efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and industry trends to provide informed expert advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar capacity, ideally within IT service management.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow, including its configuration, customization, and integration features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops.

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
