Responsibilities
- Design and construct data pipelines capable of handling large-scale protein characterization data.
- Develop APIs to seamlessly integrate laboratory instruments and robotic systems into the software architecture.
- Collaborate with scientists and automation engineers to convert complex molecular biology processes into robust software solutions.
- Process substantial volumes of diverse data from physical instruments, transforming them into clean, structured datasets.
- Unify instruments, robotics, and scheduling systems into a cohesive operational framework.
Requirements
- Proven track record in designing and deploying production-grade backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline construction and processing infrastructure.
