ERServices is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Mezzovico, CH. The role involves financial forecasting, analysis, SOX controls, and supporting pricing, costing, and project finance within a global manufacturing environment.
This position serves as a key financial partner within the site's leadership structure, reporting directly to the Site Controller I. The analyst will drive financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to support the company's manufacturing operations and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and business forecasts while tracking financial trends.
- Evaluate current and projected financial performance through recurring and special reports.
- Execute monthly SOX control procedures aligned with corporate standards.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison for project teams alongside project leaders.
- Assist with pricing strategies and cost calculations.
- Process journal entries, audit the general ledger, and verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Train and assist plant teams in utilizing financial software and tools.
- Conduct special studies, analyze findings, and recommend policy updates to enhance financial health.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analyses under tight deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all internal company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- At least five years of experience in finance and controlling, ideally within a production setting.
- Proficiency in SAP/R3 and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in a production environment.
- Familiarity with TM1 software.
- Ability to communicate in German.
