The company is creating a reserve of candidates for Supply Chain Project Manager positions scheduled to open in 2027 at the Maerstetten location. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee supplier relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of completion, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for suppliers during all stages of completion and refurbishment initiatives.
- Align material and service deliveries with program needs, key milestones, and operational goals.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, productivity, and schedule compliance, especially for critical or long-lead items.
- Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
- Oversee material budgets, predict future needs, and review financial variances to ensure fiscal health.
- Deliver consistent reports on supplier status, material availability, emerging risks, and performance trends.
Requirements
- Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or have completed professional training alongside equivalent relevant work experience.
- Have between two and five years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.
- Hold valid authorization to live and work in Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or German in addition to English.
- Prior experience within the aviation sector.
- Background working in other highly regulated industries.
