Support Technician I

ERServices is hiring a Junior Support Technician I for an onsite role in Hägendorf, CH. The position focuses on providing Level 1/2 IT support, managing user requests, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards in a healthcare manufacturing environment.

This position supports the Sr. Information Technology Manager within Jabil Healthcare, the world’s leading provider of healthcare design and manufacturing services. Based in Hägendorf, the role ensures uninterrupted IT operations for production environments and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle all user IT requests and incidents via the ticketing system
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for company hardware and business software
• Set up standard applications and coordinate with vendors for specialized production tools
• Troubleshoot IT issues in the production area, including manufacturing systems like MES and FDM
• Support Computer System Validation (CSV) tasks, including Installation Qualification (IQ) and GxP compliance
• Perform system backups using Acronis to maintain data integrity and recovery capabilities
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, including remote teams, to keep services running smoothly
• Attend training to stay updated on technologies and compliance standards
• Track IT inventory for hardware and software assets
• Update IT documentation and the knowledge base
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) for IT services
• Join IT and cross-functional projects to support business and production needs

Requirements

• Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent) with ideally 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and network environments
• Fluent German and good English proficiency
