VR Robot Operator (Zürich, 60-100%)

Loki Robotics seeks a Mid-level VR Robot Operator in Zürich to bridge development and deployment by operating robots in test and real-world settings.

This position serves as a critical link between the engineering team and the final product, requiring daily operation of robotic systems within both controlled test environments and actual field conditions to ensure smooth transitions from development to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage robotic units during testing phases and in live operational scenarios.
• Evaluate system behavior to distinguish between effective functions and areas needing improvement.
• Execute testing protocols and report any detected anomalies or failures.
• Work closely with engineers to address performance gaps and enhance system reliability.
• Proactively identify irregularities and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Hold valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills in English.
• Possess a background in roles demanding high reliability and accountability, preferably involving direct interaction with customers or end-users.
