Wealth Data Processing Specialist (80-100%)

Altoo AG seeks a Wealth Data Processing Specialist in Baar to manage data feeds and support Wealth Servicing operations in a hybrid, mid-level role.

This position acts as the main contact for questions regarding custodian and market data feeds. The specialist works closely with the Wealth Servicing team to ensure daily operational tasks run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix data delivery problems within the processing pipeline before they impact operations.
• Examine data patterns to establish precise mapping and transformation rules.
• Partner with banks and external providers to bring new custodians and clients onto the platform.
• Spot chances to improve data management workflows and put those improvements into practice.
• Help adapt data transformers to boost the rate of straight-through processing.

Requirements

• A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large datasets and investigate files to locate and solve issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
• A reliable and discreet professional who maintains high standards.
• Proficiency in either German or English.
