Schindler Elevator seeks a Working Student for IT Application Support in Ebikon. The role involves managing software portfolios, supporting users, and documenting processes while studying.
This position supports the IT application management team by maintaining and developing the existing software portfolio. The student will handle new requests, manage renewals, and assist users within the CRD environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of software renewals and handle incoming application requests.
- Maintain and expand the current application portfolio.
- Provide direct support to CRD users and resolve escalated issues independently.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as CRD and SIS, and assist the operations group with daily tasks.
- Draft and update process documentation, checklists, and knowledge base entries for CTO-IT.
- Review license usage data to improve the CTO application mix and participate in requirements analysis.
Requirements
- Active enrollment in a university program focused on Computer Science or Business IT.
- Fluent command of both German and English in written and spoken forms.
